Job Description:

• Candidates who excel academically & perform well in the Regular Selection Process (excluding HR round) will advance & qualify for consideration in the Supercoder Cadre selection
• Eligible candidates will then take the Supercoder Test, and those who pass will be designated as Supercoders
• Should not exceed one year after completing SSC
• No gap is allowed between joining and completing any graduate/post-graduate course
• Candidate should be flexible to work on different projects at any of the Tech Mahindra Development Centers or client locations spread across the country according to company work hours
• Candidate should be open to working in different shifts

Requirements:

• B.E/B.Tech: Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT, Electronics & Communication (E&C), Electronics & Telecommunication (E&TC), Telecom, Communications, Electronics
• MCA/M.Sc.: Computer Science, Information Technology
• Rounding off marks to 65% to become eligible for the registration is NOT valid
• Open positions available, PAN India
• The course must have been completed in 2024 without any backlogs
• Candidates should possess a consolidated mark sheet or provisional degree certificate
