- Demonstrate proficiency in Greenway’s solutions and aftermarket products, understanding their interactions with operating systems and environments.
- Take the initiative to enhance customer service skills and proactively improve knowledge of assigned products.
- Pursue internal projects within the Support team to improve business and service levels.
- Maintain high service standards through continuous learning and skill development.
- Perform all other assigned duties as needed.
Educational Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in customer service.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory. Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Healthcare industry experience (such as medical billing or clinical workflow knowledge) is a plus.
- Excellent English proficiency in verbal and written communication.
- Neutral accent is required for clear communication.
