  • Participate in training programs and apply acquired knowledge effectively.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Greenway’s solutions and aftermarket products, understanding their interactions with operating systems and environments.
  • Take the initiative to enhance customer service skills and proactively improve knowledge of assigned products.
  • Pursue internal projects within the Support team to improve business and service levels.
  • Maintain high service standards through continuous learning and skill development.
  • Perform all other assigned duties as needed.

Educational Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in customer service.
  • Previous customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory. Freshers are welcome to apply.
  • Healthcare industry experience (such as medical billing or clinical workflow knowledge) is a plus.
  • Excellent English proficiency in verbal and written communication.
  • Neutral accent is required for clear communication.
