Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in Human Resources
- Preference to candidates with experience as a Sourcer
- Freshers with some background in HR can also apply
- Analytical and process-oriented mindset
- Attention to detail and relentless follow-up
- Ability to prioritize work
- Excellent written and verbal English
Key Attributes:
Experience in a Start-up environment is a huge plus

As a member of our People team, you’re going to have a wide-ranging group of responsibilities and goals. On a day-to-day basis, this means:
- Sourcing from different channels and screening resumes and applications
- Utilize multiple channels (e.g., social media, job boards, professional networks) to source candidates for open positions
- Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop sourcing strategies
- Executing all admin and generalist tasks
- Develop & Drive comprehensive search strategies to improve processes and policies
- Conduct exit interviews, intro calls, feedback surveys to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement
- Any other responsibilities delegated; be a backup for recruitment responsibilities
