As part of the international chat process team, you’ll play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service. Here’s what your day-to-day responsibilities will look like:

  • Handle inbound and outbound voice calls to address customer queries and issues.
  • Provide timely and accurate solutions based on company policies and help articles.
  • Replicate customer issues and report bugs, suggestions, or ideas to the relevant teams.
  • Offer technical support for products like Domain, Hosting, Server, SSL, Email, and Site Backup.
  • Upsell relevant products to customers based on their business needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer support.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of client processes and policies.
